We take the health and safety of our guests very seriously. We go above and beyond to ensure your safety. To put your mind at ease, we want to inform you of the additional health and safety measures we’re taking.
We follow government guidelines, this means our employees wash their hands regularly and we don’t shake hands. All high-touch areas in the hotel, such as door handles and light switches, are cleaned a few times a day. Housekeeping staff cleans our guest rooms thoroughly on a daily base. Our staff has been trained in preventing the spread of coronavirus and we will continue to ensure that hygiene and cleanliness remain our top priority. We will ensure that our staff is free of symptoms of the virus. We do ask people who feel sick not to visit us for the wellbeing of others.
Lloyd Restaurant is closed until April 28th by order of the authorities. You may order room service, we won’t charge an extra fee.
Due to the coronavirus, Lloyd Hotel has decided to adjust the cancellation conditions for the months of March, April & May. This is decided by the board, because neither hotel guests nor the hotel can influence this crisis.
Guests who have booked a room with a non-refundable rate will be given the option to rebook their reservation on another date in 2020.
Also we have temporarily changed our refundable conditions, since we fully understand that our guests want to have flexibility in these uncertain days. In March, April and May you can book a room and cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival.
